1. Foundation

This chapter depends on the geotechnical, topographical, geometry and orography study of the plot with the possible need to build retaining walls, to obtain the closed price of the house. Two downspouts are considered for each roof and an evacuation point for each wet area.

2. Structure

The budget includes the ventilated sanitary floor according to the construction system that best suits the calculation conditions of the structure and the plot. For the housing envelope, a load-bearing structural system for the façade is used, made up of a solid, high-resistance reinforced concrete panel in grey, with a polished exterior finish and a floated interior. The finishing plate in the wet areas of bathrooms and kitchens will be made using a water-repellent plate, both on walls and ceilings. No record in these wetlands is included.

4. Cover

The budget includes a structure with a 25 cm deep honeycomb plate slab. Three chimney shots: for smoke extraction, controlled mechanical ventilation and fireplace hearth. It will be made of reinforced concrete and a height of 1m. on roof finish. In the case of walkable terraces, the system is as follows: asphalt primer, double bitumen asphalt layer modified with elastomers, anti-puncture polyester geotextile layer, polystyrene thermal insulation and non-slip porcelain finish.

5. Energy installations, carpentry and enclosures
